Ruby is a Researcher at Rethink Priorities. She has a background in economics, policy, and development, having recently completed an MPhil in Economics at the University of Oxford. Before coming to Rethink, she worked in strategy consulting and policy research, with a focus on impact measurement and program evaluation.
