Alyse Spiehler

Alyse is a Talent Program & Research Manager on Rethink Priorities’ Animal Welfare team, where she pilots the department’s Animal Welfare Talent Program and contributes to research on neglected animals.

She holds an MA in Applied Philosophy and Ethics, and brings a decade of experience in operations, spanning project management, administration, communications, team management, event coordination, and financial management. Her most recent work experiences prior to joining the team at RP include project management in global development and nonprofit organizational leadership.
