Vicky Bond is the Managing Director of The Humane League UK, an organization working to end the abuse of animals raised for food. Vicky graduated as a veterinarian from Liverpool University and holds a Masters in Environment Development and Policy. Through her work, she has persuaded producers on farms and major companies to eradicate the worst forms of farmed animal cruelty. She currently leads The Humane League UK in getting big businesses to commit to welfare policies and works closely with the Open Wing Alliance – a coalition of global organizations, fighting to end the abuse of chickens worldwide.
