Veronica is a Researcher at Rethink Priorities, working on internal organizational design and development. Before joining RP, she advised U.S. federal agencies on human capital practices. Veronica has an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a BS in Psychology from Indiana University.
