Matthew is the Senior Special Projects Manager at Rethink Priorities. He has worked at the interface between science, technology, and security for more than a decade, with an emphasis on biosecurity and nuclear security. He holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and an M.A. from Georgetown University.
