Prior to joining RP, he spent half a decade working at regional nonprofits and in local government. His experience includes creating a free tax prep program and managing a seven-figure budget. Lucas holds three degrees concentrated in Finance, Accounting, and Business Management. Lucas is passionate about public policy, ethics, and charity entrepreneurship.
