Eda is the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Rethink Priorities, where she leads the hiring function across departments and levels as a key member of the People and Culture team. She previously held other recruiting roles at RP, then joined the Institute for AI Policy and Strategy, one of RP’s former fiscally sponsored projects, as its Senior People and Operations Coordinator, becoming its first dedicated operations hire and helping build out its HR and operational functions. She also has a background in project administration and law and policy research, including related to AI governance, network and information security, and biosecurity. Eda is a qualified lawyer in Turkey, with an LL.M. in information technology law from the London School of Economics and a law degree from Bilkent University.
